Allelo Coffee produces specialty coffee at Fazenda dos Pinheiros in the Campo das Vertentes region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and imports coffee from our neighboring producers.
Al.le.lo: from one to the other, being in mutual or reciprocal relation.
Our name is inspired by the ecological concept of allelopathy – the natural phenomenon in which one organism can benefit or harm other organisms and the community as a whole.
Allelo aspires to nurture a beneficial relationship between producers and consumers. We work to ensure a prosperous future for coffee by creating long-term direct connections with roasters and emphasizing quality, consistency, sustainability, transparency, and traceability.
We firmly believe that the current market landscape needs to be revised to create a more equitable distribution of value across the entire supply chain.
